Fertility, genetic, donor and surrogacy information is especially sensitive. Our approach is to collect only what is needed, restrict access and use private clinical channels for treatment information.

Public enquiries

Share only basic contact details and a general area of interest. Do not email medical records, genetic results, identity documents or detailed treatment history unless the team provides a specific private route.

Clinical records

Authorised care personnel access clinical information according to their role. The clinic will tell you how to receive results and exchange private treatment information during your care.

Donors and surrogates

Programme information is handled according to consent, clinical need and applicable law. The current identity-disclosure and matching rules should be explained before participation.
